Frankie Hill now rides for Diabolical

We are proud to announce a new pro team member, an old school skater that needs no introductions… Frankie Hill.

Diabolical is beyond honored to have one of skateboardings very first big gap and true rail skaters on the team. Frankie is a true original, in every sense of the word, and showed an entire generation (or two) of skateboarders what burly skateboarding truly meant. From his crail one foots down stair sets to his kickflip grabs (way before their time) to his limb threatening gap ollies to his unique habit of using jump ramps for everything from fence gaps to playground equipment to hitting the longest rails ever done on a skateboard at the time.

True legend, true originality.

Woodward Micro-Mini Spine Ramp Contest

This last weekend Woodward held it’s third contest of the King of the Park series and our own Cameron Lawrence took second and Wyatt Milhollan took third. Good work guys, keep it up.

2010 Woodward King of the Park Contest Series

We’ve been sponsoring this new king of the park series from the get go and wanted to get these dates out to everyone:

In Lakewood at the Woodward Indoor Skatepark.

So far out of two contests we have nearly dominated them. 2nd and 3rd place in open pro/am street went to our own 12 year old tech wizard Wyatt Millhollan and veteran local bowl ripper Cameron Lawrence with an upset for 1st from some random out of towner via a couple gnarly sketch backside disasters on the vert wall. The vert contest was, of course, dominated (completely smashed) via our very own local vert prodigy Al Brunelle.

Diabolical, Fehrle & Echo Backyard Snowboard Park – Denver, CO

Local boarder Mikey Fehrle and his dad have been kind enough to build a backyard snow park (from ice rink shavings) and invite the locals to shred it….. talk about supporting the scene. This park is pretty damn bad ass too for a back yard just south of downtown, this shit is not in the mountains folks.

Check the vid when Echo locals Marc Moline and Steve Cummings showed up to help rip it up…. (half way through the video the backyard park footage starts).

I spy Diabolical banners and shirts. Hell yeah.

Ambition Snow Skates Teaser Trailer for 09/10

Snow skating has come a long way, we will be selling ambition in the store as soon as the products hit the market for this year (should be soon)… in the meantime check the video trailer!!!

Since we opened we have added to the deck wall Mystery, Krooked, Zero, Black Label and American Nomad Old School decks. As for shoes we are know selling VOX and Lakai in addition to the Globe and iPath we already had. We’ve also added a greater selection of Royal and Silver trucks, we have kept our Venture, Indy and Thunder selection up to date. For back to school we brought in Denim and Pants from Zoo York and Matix and backpacks from Fourstar, Girl, Alien, Spitfire and Chocolate. Diabolical released a new shirt and redid our old shirt in new colors. LOTS going on down at the shop, come down and check it out if you haven’t yet.
